Delores

Delores is a plant-based caterer on Ibiza with over a decade of experience in retreat catering. Born in the Netherlands and shaped by three continents, her cooking reflects a unique blend of Surinamese, Asian, African and Mediterranean influences. She combines soulful slow cooking with raw food elements, working as much as possible with organic, local produce — gluten-free and refined sugar-free. Her colourful, nourishing menus are built around vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds, taking retreat participants on a culinary journey around the world. In close collaboration with the retreat organiser, she tailors the catering to the programme and needs of each specific retreat, including cost-effective catering packages.
