Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Retreats Package ("we", "us", "our") is a luxury retreat planning concierge based in Ibiza, Balearic Islands, Spain. We operate retreatspackage.com and provide done-for-you retreat planning services including:

• Sourcing and coordinating luxury villa rentals in Ibiza suitable for retreat groups.
• Matching clients with private chefs specialising in wellness cuisine (vegan, Mediterranean, detox, high-protein, and custom menus).
• Curating and booking activities including yoga sessions, sound healing, sea experiences, workshops, and transfers.
• Producing a full retreat package proposal including pricing, itinerary, and a downloadable PDF brochure.
• Ongoing coordination and on-site support during the retreat.

Our services are designed for retreat leaders, yoga teachers, wellness coaches, corporate groups, and private groups of 6–25 people. We handle yoga retreats, wellness retreats, meditation retreats, fitness retreats, and corporate offsites.

2. Enquiries and Proposals

Submitting an enquiry form or requesting a retreat plan does not constitute a binding contract. We will provide a custom proposal within 48 hours of receiving your enquiry. No booking is confirmed until a written agreement is signed and a deposit is received.

3. Booking Terms

Once you accept a proposal:

• A deposit (typically 30–50% of the total package value) is required to confirm the booking.
• The remaining balance is due according to the payment schedule outlined in your booking agreement.
• All prices are quoted in EUR and include the services specified in your confirmed proposal.
• Pricing is transparent: you will receive a fully itemised breakdown of villa, chef, activities, and coordination fees before confirming.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms are outlined in each individual booking agreement. As a general guideline:

• More than 90 days before arrival: full deposit refund minus administrative fees.
• 60–90 days before arrival: 50% of deposit retained.
• Less than 60 days before arrival: full deposit non-refundable.
• Less than 30 days before arrival: full package value non-refundable.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance covering retreat cancellation. We will always endeavour to find alternative dates or options where circumstances allow.

5. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate group details, dietary requirements, and participant information.
• Ensuring all participants comply with villa house rules and local laws.
• Arranging appropriate travel and health insurance for yourself and your group.
• Any damage to villa property caused by your group beyond normal wear and tear.

6. Limitation of Liability

Retreats Package acts as a coordination intermediary between clients and third-party suppliers (villa owners, chefs, activity providers). We are not liable for:

• Service failures, cancellations, or quality issues caused by third-party suppliers.
• Personal injury, loss, or damage during activities or at villa properties.
• Force majeure events including weather, strikes, government restrictions, or natural disasters.

Our total liability in any circumstances is limited to the coordination fees paid to Retreats Package (excluding pass-through costs for villas, chefs, and activities).
